What is your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us from our Contact Us page.
I just placed my order, how long until it ships?
Please check out Shipping Estimates pages to find the most current information on our products. Usually, it takes 2-5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location.
I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us from our Contact Us page. For more information please visit our Shipping and Returns page.
Where do I enter a coupon code?
To apply a coupon code, click on "Have a Coupon Code?" in your shopping cart or "Have a Coupon? Click Here!" on the checkout page. You can also find coupons at the top of the checkout page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, which allows you to use major credit cards.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We offer free shipping on all our products. Shipping times vary depending on the item. Please check out our Shipping Estimates page to view the shipping times for your product.
How do I track my package?
After you have placed your order you can view your order status and find your tracking information from the Orders tab on your My Account page. You can also sign up for email tracking updates.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time Threads of Rebellion only accepts orders from, and ships to, the USA
I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to buy it?
We do not currently buy shirt ideas but you can always send us an email via our Contact Us page if you would like to discuss custom work.
I have not received my order yet, now what should I do?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date please send us an email via our Contact Us page and we will help you track your order.
