By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Commissions and Tracking

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the cart subtotal of every qualified sale.
• Referral Discount: Your unique affiliate coupon code grants your referrals a 10% discount on their purchase. This code is valid site-wide.
• Cookie Duration: Affiliate tracking links are valid for 30 days. If a user clears their browser cookies before purchasing, or uses a different device, the sale cannot be tracked and is not eligible for commission.
• Self-Referrals: Affiliates may not use their own links or coupon codes for their own personal purchases.

2. Payouts and Eligibility

• Payment Schedule: All commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period after the sale to account for potential returns or cancellations.
• Minimum Threshold: The minimum payout balance is $25.00 USD.
• Eligibility: Affiliates must be legal residents of the United States and possess a valid US bank account to receive payments.
• Taxes: Affiliates are considered independent contractors and are solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with their earnings.
• Refunds: If a customer requests a refund or the credit card charge is reversed, the commission earned on that specific transaction will be deducted from the affiliate’s pending balance.

3. Marketing and Promotion Guidelines

• FTC Disclosures: As an influencer, you must strictly comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Threads of Rebellion in any videos, posts, or articles (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored, or stating “I earn a commission from this link”).
• Coupon Sites: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from submitting their unique coupon codes to coupon aggregator websites (e.g., RetailMeNot, Honey).

4. Program Abuse and Termination

Modifications: The Threads of Rebellion Affiliate Program, including commission rates and these Terms and Conditions, is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Fraud: Any affiliate found to be using fraudulent methods, spam, or otherwise abusing this program will immediately forfeit all pending commissions and face permanent bans.

Termination: Threads of Rebellion staff reserves the right to remove any affiliate found to violate these Terms and Conditions from the program at any time, without prior notice.
